Each day includes:
Structured rest
A 20-minute morning daily nervous system practice tailored to your state (fight/flight, freeze or regulated) — using movement, breath and somatic attention to gently widen your window of tolerance.
Somatic journaling + low-stakes creative prompts to metabolize agitation and restlessness.
Gentle dietary and circadian rhythm structure suggestions to support nervous system capacity and deepen your reset experience.
A supportive community space so you’re not navigating this alone - moderated by me (i’ll be on hand to answer questions throughout)
