I am a somatic experiencing practitioner and bodyworker facilitating group and 1:1 sessions with countless hours of certified trainings across movement and bodywork disciplines. I am forever fascinated by the body and the role of stress in pain and dis-ease. I am an endless student and through my own experience of major illness recovery, I found levity and power under incredibly challenging circumstances.

my beginnings are in music, as a classically trained musician and having worked over a decade with artists and labels. my passion for creativity continues to inform my work.

I offer a non-judgemental explore your tender parts and create range in the nervous system, allowing you tap into clarity and your own innate knowing. using a multi-faceted approach we shed layers of conditioning in an incremental, gradual manner to allow natural expression to emerge.
