January 9th 4-6pm
A weekly somatic session in person in Berlin at Resonance Room for people who want to learn and practice the principles of Somatic Experiencing in a group setting. Together, we deepen into the body and our sensory experience of the world.
Tuesday 24th 7pm-8:30pm. 22-33 euros pp. sliding scale
Real change comes from small, consistent interventions, not dramatic emotional releases. This is not cathartic trauma work. It’s subtle, practical and educational. Your nervous system already knows how to reorganise itself; somatic work is about listening and allowing, not managing or fixing.
When we can access regulation spontaneously without breathing techniques or cold plunges that domesticate the animal body, we create space to reconnect with our wild aliveness, exactly as it exists in the here and now.
Each 90-minute session includes psychoeducation, live practice, and personal coaching at the end. The work is not movement-based, is suitable for all bodies, and offers a space to practice skills from your 1:1 somatic work.
Facilitators and practitioners are welcome to join to deepen their trauma-informed understanding and skills.
