BodySense is an integrative somatic approach that invites you to reconnect with your body — and with yourself. Through gentle, body-based support, we tend to the places that feel tender or stuck, meeting them with compassion, curiosity, and care. This work builds awareness, supports emotional regulation and opens space for new perspectives and resilience to take root.

BodySense unfolds in two branches:

  • One offers direct, restorative treatment, where the body is cared for through touch, somatic processing and nervous system reset.

  • The other extends into cultural inquiry and collective imagination, exploring how the intelligence of the body shapes art, community, and futures.

Somatic experiencing (no touch)

A talk-based, body-informed process that helps you build awareness of internal patterns — emotional, physical, and behavioral. You’ll be guided to notice sensations, regulate your nervous system, and gently explore what’s under the surface of stuckness, burnout, or overwhelm.

  • Understand and shift recurring patterns

  • Reconnect with your body in a safe, guided way

  • Build resilience and capacity over time

Bodywork (with touch)

Multi modality 360 body-care for your mind body and soul, built for city living, decompression, vitality and renewal.

Essential oils and curated sound may be used to support relaxation and sensory nourishment.

This is for you if you want to:

  • Release tension and reconnect with your body through touch

  • Support emotional processing through physical integration

  • Rest deeply and recalibrate your system
